Adam Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and brings extensive knowledge of residential construction and homebuilding to the Bluejack Builders team. With over eight years of experience in production homebuilding, he has consistently delivered high-quality homes with a focus on efficiency and craftsmanship. Adam also spent seven years as a small business owner specializing in remodeling and home inspections, during which he earned his Professional Inspector’s license. He has served as a Quality Assurance representative and inspector for a local homebuilder, ensuring strict standards were upheld across all projects. As a general contractor, Adam has managed custom home builds exceeding $2 million for private investors. He is driven by Bluejack Builders’ mission of delivering luxury homes built with premium materials, skilled craftsmen, and an unwavering commitment to service and integrity.

David Drake serves as Senior Construction Project Manager for Bluejack Builders, where he oversees all construction and purchasing operations. With more than 30 years of experience in residential homebuilding and commercial construction, David has earned multiple awards for productivity, profitability, and customer service. He previously served as Area Construction Manager for one of Texas’s largest privately held custom builders, managing $40 million in annual revenues. His leadership background also includes roles as Vice President of Purchasing and Vice President of Construction for a national top 30 production builder, as well as owning and operating his own homebuilding company in metro Atlanta. In addition, David spent 10 years as Vice President of Purchasing for a privately held steel fabricator in Houston. He holds a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and lives in The Woodlands with his wife. He is the proud father of two grown children.

With over four decades of experience in residential construction and project management, G. W. Roan brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to every project. A U.S. Army veteran who served as a military police officer from 1970 to 1973, G.W. transitioned into the homebuilding industry in 1978, beginning his career in new home sales with Nash Phillips Copus Homes. Rising through the ranks to become a Sales Manager, he remained with the company until its dissolution in 1987.
From 1993 to 2006, G.W. served in key leadership roles at Hammonds Homes, including Construction Superintendent and Area Project Manager. Following Hammonds' merger with Meritage Homes, he continued as Area Project Manager, overseeing large-scale residential developments. His experience expanded further during his tenure as Construction Manager at Frontier Custom Builders and later at J. Kyle Homes, where he led construction operations until the company’s closure in 2020.
Since 2020, G.W. has been an integral part of the Bluejack Builders team, where he continues to lead with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Sam Parrott brings over 30 years of residential construction expertise to Bluejack National, with a career spanning custom homes, large-scale remodels, and production building across more than 15 Texas municipalities—from Dallas to Houston. His experience includes projects ranging from $200K homes to luxury custom builds and remodels exceeding $1.3 million. As the first builder to help launch Highland Homes in Houston and former President of Camino Custom Homes, Sam has a proven track record in both leadership and execution.
With a degree in Food Systems, Economics, and Management from Michigan State University, Sam’s diverse professional background also includes time in the food and legal industries, shaping his unique perspective and people-first approach. At Bluejack, he specializes in high-detail special projects for the Club and residential remodeling, combining technical skill with a passion for service.
Sam is driven by a deep belief that we are here to serve others. His core values—integrity, professionalism, continuous improvement, and respect—align with Bluejack’s mission, making it a natural fit. His mantra, “There is always a way to achieve if you never surrender or get lazy,” guides every project he leads.

After earning her Interior Design degree from Stephen F. Austin in 2009, Mary Kate refined her expertise at several top design firms in Houston before launching her own studio. In 2023, she took a leap of faith, closing her studio to join Bluejack Builders—a move that led to the creation of Bluejack Design.
Now leading Bluejack Design, Mary Kate specializes in residential interiors with an emphasis on full-service design, renovation consulting, and product sourcing. Her approach blends timeless design principles with a modern, livable aesthetic to create spaces that are both beautiful and deeply personal.
Since its launch, Bluejack Design has earned recognition for its thoughtful projects earning awards and the team has built lasting relationships with clients who value both style and functionality.

With over two years of residential design experience, she currently serves as a Junior Designer at Bluejack Design, having previously contributed as a Design Assistant. In her role, Madilaine leads built product hard selections meetings and provides clear documentation and design direction to help buyers visualize their spaces with confidence. She also assists with the conceptualization, procurement, and purchasing of interior soft goods. Madilaine is dedicated to delivering a seamless and elevated design experience for every client.
