This Lake Villa was designed to maximize the stunning lake views and enhance natural light through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Drawing from our work on the Bluejack National clubhouse (The Porch), we incorporated vintage lighting and one-of-a-kind antique furniture pieces to create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.

The award-winning Bunk Room featured peony wallpaper by Katie Ridder as a central motif, with every detail—from custom lacquered furniture and colorful paint to scalloped upholstered beds with piping—carefully considered.

Antiques were thoughtfully integrated into the rental property to combine elegance with durability. For example, the bone mosaic table was disassembled, reassembled, and sealed with epoxy to ensure it could withstand frequent use while maintaining its refined aesthetic.
